Lynbrook Builders represents the culmination of Greg’s extensive years of experience and dedication to turning his clients' home dreams into tangible realities. With a proven track record in the industry, Greg has earned a reputation for excellence in customer service, leadership and craftmanship.
A lifelong resident of Brooklyn, Greg began his construction career in 2008 with Bob VanErsvelde. When not working, he spends his spare time enjoying spending time with his family and friends as well as many outdoor activities.
SHANE
Shane joined the Lynbrook team in 2023 with 8 years of experience in construction. He grew up in Brooklyn and enjoys hunting, fishing and playing golf in his free time.
BRUCE
Bruce began his construction career in 1979 and started Bruce Baustian Construction in 1995. His legacy of quality work is visible in so many homes and projects throughout Central Iowa.
Outside of working, Bruce enjoys hunting, fishing and traveling with his wife Marlene.
